Membership is open to anyone interested in the large scale model railroading described in this website. This organization does not discriminate against any person or group on the basis of age, political affiliation, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or religious belief.

Below is our online membership application. Due to PayPal processing fees, all online membership applications have an additional fee added to offset the cost of the PayPal processing fee. If you prefer to fill out a membership form and mail in a check or money order to avoid paying the PayPal processing fee, please click one of the following links to download a membership form. The membership forms are editable, please fill them out and then print the application.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Includes PayPal charge.
Regular Age 18 or older and includes voting rights, may run for office and operate personal equipment on the railroads.
Family Two regular members age 18 or older and children under 18 living in the same household.
Social Social members may attend all club events and work on club projects. They may operate club equipment under the supervision of regular members, but may NOT operate personal equipment on the railroads.
Associate Regular members of another live steam club recognized by the Board of Directors who wish to receive the member version of the Pop Valve and operate their own equipment as a visitor. Does not include voting rights.
College Student Full-time college student attending a school recognized by the Board of Directors who wish to receive the member version of the Pop Valve and operate their own equipment as a visitor. Does not include voting rights.
Junior(s) Children under 18 who are sponsered by a Regular Member NOT living in the same household. Operating privileges are granted to junior members on an individual basis depending on their demonstration of maturity and responsibility.

The membership and rental fees are non-refundable and considered ALL SALES FINAL. ALL MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS AND RENTALS EXPIRE DECEMBER 31, OF THE CURRENT YEAR. If you are applying for "NEW MEMBERSHIP" after June 30, of the current year, your membership will include the remainder of the current year and the entire year for the next calendar year.
